If you find our products to be within your budget and a formal quotation is needed, you can fill out our ImageLOC Quote request form and we will draft a proposal based on your specific needs.
After placing your order or approving your quote, an order number will be assigned and payment arrangements will be made. New customers can apply for credit terms, or pay via credit card.
A Gopher representative will share an upload link for art submission. We will need to know the appropriate point of contacts for art upload and approval.
For the most successful experience, here are a few core requirements for any print file origin.
- Files should be in PDF format.
- Document size must include 1/4″ bleed beyond the panel size.
- Document must include a cut path including outer boundary, corner radius, and hole features.
- All raster images should be sufficient resolution, 300 ppi provides high definition.
- Make sure to spell check!
We use a cloud based tool for file management, collaboration, and approval. Your sales representative will provide login credentials to the Gopher Art Portal.
In the Art Portal, you can securely submit your print files with a simple drag and drop feature. Each file is professionally reviewed by our team, and you will be provided a digital proof for your approval. The messaging feature allows effective communication for any questions or comments. All files are available for the lifetime of your Gopher Sign account.
After your final approval, the order moves into the production schedule and an estimated ship date is provided.
Here’s the fun part for us. Each panel begins by getting precision CNC cut from high quality 0.125″ aluminum. Next, a super durable base coating is applied to all exposed surfaces. Our Ultra High Definition digital printer then puts down your graphic in a permanent fashion before the UV and vandal proof protective top coat is applied. The ImageLOC process is warranted for 10 years in the most demanding outdoor environment.

Your freshly produced panels are carefully packaged for the final journey from our dock to your doorstep.
Since the shipments can range from a small UPS package to multiple heavy or oversized pallets, you must be prepared to receive what you order. Lift gate delivery services are available for all LTL shipments. Let your sales rep know if you need that service added.
